Above: Factory loads from a .338 win mag on a windy day.
This rifle was just about sold in frustration by the customer because he couldn't trust it. A little fine tuning and now a 1.306" group on windy day. 1.3 MOA on a windy day! The jerk on the trigger said he'd take blame for a little and figured with practice he could of got under 1". The elk won't get away next season.
Here are some targets. Once again, these are not to show off our shooting ability because there is really nothing to show off. Every group was made with premium ammunition from an off-the-shelf hunting rifle that had some tuning. These aren't high end rifles either, Ruger M77's, Winchester Mod 70's, and Remington 700's.
